Fantasy/ Science Fiction

    I would take fantasy over science fiction 10 times out of 10 every time. Fantasy can be anything and is only limited by your imagination. Fantasy isn’t confined by any laws or reality. There are no rules and no explanations. That’s why I love it so much. When reading fantasy, the more imaginative you are the better the reading experience is. I feel as though fantasy is an add on to science fiction. Like Jurassic Park, why stop with cloning dinosaurs. With fantasy they could talk, have robotic arms, anything. With fantasy the sky is the limit, but even the sky can be broken through with the power of Fantasy. 

    If I could go anywhere one of my first options would be Moria, the greatest dwarven kingdom and many other places in the Lords of the rings story. I would like to go to Moria because when they were in their prime they were making the most legendary weapons and armors because they had the material called Mithril. Which was a beautiful diamond like material that was extreme tough. But that’s not the only place I would like to visit. If I was a madman the place I would go to first is the Lands in Between. The Lands in Between is the world of the game Elden Ring. Apart from the other tarnished, fighters who attempt to bring back balance to the Lands in Between, everyone and thing is out to kill you. But what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger. After defeating many demigods and monsters throughout the Lands in Between, you will succeed the thrown as the Elden Lord. With the power of the grace, you can come back to life and the Lands in Between is incredibly beautiful, so its not a total nightmare

Project Proposal

 I choose the video commercial for my campaign because I think people will enjoy it and be more interested. A campaign would be nothing if it doesn't have any backing and support. I personally would like to watch a video because I'm so used to watching videos myself, much like many other kids my age. we are in an age where people like to watch rather then read. The video will be have a bunch of motivational quotes on reading and the benefits. The video will most likely be in montage form. It would be recognizable as a youtube short, ig reel, or tiktok. This form of short motivational content has become very popular and trendy among young men like myself. I  will add bodybuilders and strong/influential men in the background of the video to get rid of the books are girly stigma. Because knowledge is power and shouldn't be viewed in a negative manner. I have some experience in editing so the editing will be fast tempo and clean. The video will be on youtube.

Literacy Project Reflection

      My project was creating a Youtube video about how great reading is and the successful people who read themselves. My video is about 40 seconds long and it shows influential men who all read. Some of them have written books themselves. I wanted to paint the picture that reading was for everybody especially the big macho guys like Lebron and The Rock. Reading shouldn't be limited on your outwardly appearances, that's what I wanted to portray. I chose the Video because it takes the least amount of time from people.     In my video, I had two parts. the first part was quotes and there were two of them, one in the beginning and one near the end. The second part o the video was the pictures. I chose 6 men that were looked at as strong. Course Reflection

     I signed up because my counselor told me it was a good class to take. I hadn’t looked into the class that much and just agreed to take it. I didn’t have any expectations really, because I just want school to end, but it was a good class. I had fun even though I didn’t try as much as I should have.      My favorite novel was The Art of Racing In the Rain. It was my favorite for one reason, cars. I love cars and this book was about racing. Not only racing on the track, but racing on the track of life as well. I also loved how good of a driver Denny was, it was inspiring and I too want to be as good of a driver as him. I also liked how Enzo was named after the founder of Ferrari, Enzo Ferrari.
